Very old ran down room. Cant understand the good reviews. They didn’t have room I had. Never again….

I am reporting you to the ADA. When I came up to ask about my wife's service animal I was told a deposit was needed. I went back to the room and had my paralyzed wife undressed and the door was being beat on and saying "Housekeeping! We need to get in NOW!" 10 minutes after I got back from the front desk at 1 in the afternoon. I called back "Hang on we aren't dressed". That did not matter. Constant beating. I barely had time to get my naked wife back in the bed and covered up. Housekeeping had already checked at 9 am that morning. The maid kept saying "I'm so sorry! They were adamant I got in immediately and didn't tell me why. This isn't normal!" I taped the entire encounter as well. It's quite obvious you stomped all over our civil rights as well. I was getting ready to book a month but after this I went somewhere that they know the law!

It was relaxing, clean, comfortable. There was a mix up on towels but it was resolved. They were very courteous and friendly. It was quiet and close to lots of food sources.

We told maid we didn’t want any service. No sooner than we left for dinner, she came into our room. The bathroom needed caulking really bad. There was a bad draft coming in under the door. When we first checked in and got in our room, it stunk really bad (marijuana smell).

Very convenient to the interstate, easy driving to restaurants.

The room was very clean. The first night, there was some loud people outside our room, hanging out and smoking. But they left the next morning and the second day was great!
