Loved it, everything we needed to evacuate w/dog!
Better than we expected! Bed comfortable, extra blanket, towels and kitchen stuff. Hope we won’t have to evacuate again but this will be fine. four days. House ok!

There was a boot and garbage , water bottles , papers underneath both beds! Stove was broken and they knew it was broken and still booked me with 3 kids I had to order food for. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, they just kept saying I’m sorry mam, they never came to clean the nasty room. This is place is disgusting ! It’s dark , bad aspect, do not go there , specially if you have kids !

Room was filthy, my dog got into some leftover food on the floor. Our feet turned black from the floor, my sons bed was completely broken, the pillows where stained. We left and got a full refund

Property is old and dirty. The carpeted halls were disgustingly. Was advertised as filly equipped kitchen. There was absolutely nothing in any of the cupboards. We were told we had to request anything we needed & had to go to reception to pick up anything. We requested a toaster & had to wait for over a week for a it & they could only give us 1 bowl & the pillows were the terrible. They only service the room fortnightly. When I ask for a broom they said they’re not supposed to but I could do it just once & I had to take it back straight away. A total waste of money.

We staued here for an overnight stay since we were doing Magic Mountain for 2 days. The listing showed it jad breakfast included. Well, the place looks run down, breakfast was coffee and some muffins which ended promptly at 10 am. Not bad for the price we paid but not recommended if you want to do more than just a quick night's sleep.

It’s a good place to stay if you are just passing by. Definitely not family friendly. I was in the third floor and it reeked of weed.

The room was dirty. There were hair balls on the floor. A couple of lampshades were out. The bathroom floor was sticky with what looked like piss. There was piss and toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Whoever used it last didn’t even bothered flushing. It was really disgusting all around.
