This was a quick pit stop for us but it was such a friendly stay. Staff was so nice and the hotel was clean.

Front desk lady was very monotone and a little on the rude side. Seemed irritated to speak with me.

Hotel com boa localização, café da manhã padrão, mas a limpeza estava muito ruim, tinha sujeira e meias de outros hóspedes debaixo da mesa, o cofre estava quebrado. Não realizaram a limpeza do quarto nenhum dia, não houve troca de toalhas, não tiraram o lixo.

This hotel was run down and in a sketchy part of the city. For approx $200/night, I expected a little more. Even the Mandalay Bay was cheaper at $120/night.

I don’t recommend staying here. Incredibly DIRTY and Rundown. The house keepers need to do a better job. My room didn’t have hand soap or shower gel. Toilet wouldn’t flush. AC unit broken and kept blowing cold air and won’t even turn off when you press the OFF button. Every inch of the room from the counters, floor, wall, door, remote, handles, ice bucket WERE SO DIRTY!!!! This place needs a DEEP DEEP CLEAN because it has so much potential. I picked it because Holiday Inn has free breakfast, but this Holiday Inn is extremely lacking. Would not recommend and will not be back. Solicitors are able to walk on guest floors and slide their flyers under the door. When I got out of the shower, I saw there was a pizza flyer in my room that was slide under the door. A maintenance man came to fix the toilet and the next day it stopped working again. I asked for housekeeping to replace the towels and change the trash since I would be out all day. When I came back to my room, nothing was done. I had to go downstairs and request it again. Friday January 24, 2025 around 10:38pm the Wi-Fi randomly stopped working. I called the front desk and whoever answered was really agitated and annoyed, and kept trying to rush me off the phone. If I had to give pros it would be there’s a decent size fridge and microwave inside the room. I was able to fit 3 medium pizza boxes comfortably. The room is spacious, beds and pillows comfortable.

We paid 20 dollars per vehicle for parking and the next morning, my son in laws pickup had a half tank of gas siphoned out of it. Supposed to be secured/security parking. Not happy or impressed.
