Stayed for work trip. Had no flushing toilet, no toiletries, no shower curtain, vacant stickers all over the walls. Microwave and fridge not working. Ruined all food purchases

Check in was very bad. Even though I booked additional day to cover for late check in I was charged fee for check in saying early check in. I have stayed in similar place never have I ever charged

First they assigned me to a room that was being remodeled. The new room I was assigned they did not move me over in their records so at 7:00 a.m. the security guard is trying to get in.

The office lady was nice. Was not happy to have my baby and us written up at 721am because they didn't know we paid for the room. There was no trash cans, the counters were sticky, they're was gum holding the phone down to the nightstand of and the tv was stolen and they said they'd bring one to us but never came. The floor was also sorry and had stuff all over it. You could see outside the door frame worth the door shut and there was no safety lock on the inside. When we arrived there were cops, ambulance and people arguing. It was definitely not anything like the pictures cleanliness like.

You get what you pay for, needless to say we did not feel comfortable staying the night due to the conditions of the hotel. Checking in at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. It took over 30 minutes to check in without there being any customers in front of us. The outside stairs to the rooms had caution tape everywhere due to the poor conditions of the stairs. The room itself had a prominent old musty/smokey smell in a non-smoking room. The door latch lock was non existent seeming like it had been previously ripped off the wall. The room had no TV. The bathroom was stained, dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned between guests. Carpet was torn up in multiple places. The window screen had a large hole in it like it had been punched through. When addressing the front desk about the room conditions, they did not show any care and did nothing. The surrounding location itself did not condone a safe stay.

Started off when I pulled up day 1 and there were beer cans all over the ground outside the Lobby. Burn holes in the toilet seat , holes in the walls , dirty floor , etc in the room. Very dirty looking shower. Waited 1 hour in the lobby because my key card wasn’t working (happened everyday) and there was zero staff on site.
