The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean. But when I asked for extra pillows, I was told they don’t have any. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have extra pillows. I then explained to them that I needed to get a different remote for the television because the remote wouldn’t work and the front desk person didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. She kept telling me to push buttons on my remote that didn’t exist based on what the TV was supposed to be doing.All of the drawers in the room were broken, and the light switches didn’t do what you expected them to do. They’re also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner available And only one bar of soap. So if we had accidentally forgotten toiletries, we would’ve been out of luck. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything I just don’t understand the lack of extra supplies available to people. There were two pillows in my room that were almost as flat as pancakes and the room is supposed to sleep four people. How are they not four pillows for a room that sleeps for people? This is not a hotel that we will be staying at anytime soon.

The staff is amazing. Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Always nice. Big room for price. Would recommend for a family.

The staff is amazing. They go the extra mile for you to make your stay as best as it can. Have never had a bad experience at this location.

It was ok until we noticed we had car issues and then their attitudes completely changed

Online it says they would clean the room for a $10 fee, however, when we asked in person, we were told that they don’t do that and that they clean the rooms every 2 weeks. We also were given 1 roll of toilet paper and we had to go ask for more every other day because we were 5 people. And when asked for toilet paper we again were only given 1 roll at a time

It’s clean but still have smoking smell. Don’t have hand wash soap. I am only staying for a night and really don’t care about amenities other than just a good night sleep which it provides.
