Staff was excellent. She made sure the guests were welcomed and while checking out she ensured the stay was great and if she could’ve done anything to help. It was great to see a staff member not only be so polite but empathetic! Highly recommend!

Very dirty ! Room was ran down floornwas dirty, the kitchen only thing that worked was the refrigerator and the sink , had to call for new sheets on the bed the set thay it had in looked dirty and yellow , shower had hair and mold , not worth the 180 for the night , wouldn't recommend

If check out is 11am. Please don't knock on the door at 10:30 to make me feel rushed. I paid for check out time at 11am.

the room given was run down and in poor shape, water in shower slow, drain slow, lights in bad shape items in room very damaged. on day 2 got moved to another room. this one was more in line with what was in the pictures that was advertised. i really should not pay for the room on the first day.

It’s my own fault—I forgot Extended Stay hotels are a favorite of contractors. So I was awakened every day at 5:30-6:00 to the sounds of people heading off to work.
But otherwise, no complaints. Everything was great. Clean rooms, convenient location, terrific staff.
