Honestly it was a beautiful place for a great price. We had a wonderful stay. We did notice however that some days the room smelled like smoke but other days it did not? The hotel may want to check their ventilation system and make sure also that no one is smoking in the courtyard that the rooms faced. It wasn't a lasting smell but we could tell someone must have been smoking near the room.

Upon arrival, there was a sign at the front desk, saying that the attendant would be back momentarily. We waited for close to 15 minutes for someone to come. There is a phone in the lobby too if no one was at the desk. We attempted calling three times… The first two times we were hung up on and the last time, we were told it would be awhile. I ended up calling again because after traveling, I had to use the restroom and there is no public restroom in the lobby of this establishment. She finally showed up and put us in a close room so that I could go to the bathroom. Shortly after, we left the room after leaving our things to go meet family. Later in the evening we returned, and there was only one pillow on the bed. We had to go to the front desk To ask for another because the phone in the hotel room did not work and you could not call. They ended up giving us one additional pillow as they said that was all that they had. Typically, hotels have at least four pillows on the bed. When we returned for the evening to shower and get ready for bed, there was only 1 washcloth & towel. Again, to the front desk for more. It was very disappointing that this room was only equipped for one person, if that and the reservation was for 2 adults. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here because we are having only option with small kitchen. For cleanliness I would rate zero as no one cares about daily cleaning plus you have to clean your room at your self and your trash you have to put in trash room. **Breakfast- you are going to get muffins and a breakfast bar or oats packet which they are putting in small chunks if that over you have to wait for staff to put it again. Rooms are comparatively small in size

Hotel attendants were very friendly and the room was clean. Great location, walking distance to Polaris shopping mall/complex and Target. The only issue was that the bathtub had very slow water drain when we took shower. But since we only stayed for a night, we were happy with our stay overall.

Bathroom had black mold in corners, and it is obvious that they painted over it before. Vinyl floor VERY uneven in the hallways, and is a tripping hazard. NO actual breakfest available in the lobby. Just some oatmeal, tea, and coffee packets. Room was spacious, but arranged poorly. AC unit would blow directly accross the foot of the bed. Humiditiy in the room was a comstant problem. I've stayed at other Extended Stay America locations for work and leisure, and did not have this experince. Almost dreaded coming back to the room from the convention center. One positive is that the staff seemed nice, but not the one manager I saw. They were actually pretty rude to the employee working the front desk.

When we got into our room there was dust, dirt, or grime in every surface. Additionally the room had trash in it from the previous guest and no trash can was provided even after we requested it.

The staff was amazing but the room was rough. We had to be moved because the safety latch had been ripped off the door. There was food in the couch when we pulled the bed out. The room itself did not appear to have been swept. The TV was tiny, in a weird spot, and was broken at the base so it barely turned or stood up. Shower curtain was barely tall enough to fit in the tub and so water went literally everywhere.

Welcoming staff and a clean room. Can’t complain.
