Was bitten by bed bugs while there will not be going back it has changed .. and they no longer serve any type of breakfast

the room was dirty the carpet was stained there were Roches in the bathroom towels were not clean and the shower was not clean. also the elevator didn't function normally.

It was fine

I checked in August 8, 2024 and was supposed to stay until August 11, 2024. I was given room 131on my arrival. I took a shower and went to bed for the night. When i got up the next morning, i had round red spots on both of my arms, my thighs, and legs. I immediately went the the front desk to see the manager on duty. I showed him my arms and said "something has eaten me up. It was bedbugs. He said "i will move you to another room. I went out to eat and returned. I was given room 105. I moved my thngs in the room and went out to eat. I returned for the evening around 11pm. When i opened my door to enter the room, roaches were all over the floor. I immediately got my things and went to the front desk. I told the manager on duty " i have had enough and was checking of this plce. I sent a letter to the CEO of the company a month ago and he has not responded. It isn't fair for anyone to have to deal with a situation like this, when you are on vacation.

#1. The door to our room nearly fell of the hinges when we opened it. #2. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months - absolutely filthy. #3. The bathroom was soaking wet upon entering, the shower leaked all night, and there was black mold all over the ceiling.

This property Was God Awful !! When you walk into the lobby right over the check in desk it was a big water leak coming from the 2nd floor . They had big cans that the water was dripping in . The smell was coming between mood and mildew. It was very Musty smelling all thought out the property . It was Labor Day weekend and I could not find another hotel at that short notice . The room floor was so nasty and dirty with stains on the fake wood . No mop ever touch that floor . The kitchen was not clean the stove top was not whipped down . But the kicker was the bath room sink had dryer tooth past in it .. someone spit out tooth past ( a big globule ) smh . Do not , do not ! Go to this property ! Oh the Elevator was jerking and jumping and making sounds . The property is Trash !!!

I used this hotel as a home base while traveling for work. While the people were mostly friendly, the rooms were small and did not feel clean. (At one point, a few dead roaches fell out of the ceiling fixture.) At no point during my 12 day stay did housekeeping come in to clean my room. In addition, the area felt unsafe as there was a bullet hole in one of the hotel windows. I would not have stayed here with my wife and children, and I would only return as a last resort, as was the case with this stay.
