Arrived to a filthy room for two day stay and was told it is extra if I wanted room cleaned between day one and day 2.

There were no blankets on the bed, only 1 sheet... literally. There was a hair from someone else on the clean towels. The shower flooded the entire bathroom floor any time you turn the water on.

The room is too small for 2 beds. The room is meant for 1 bed only. Hair dryer is missing and lotion was missing. Need to go to the front desk to ask for it. Sachet for lotion is no good. All sachets for shampoo and conditioners is no good as well. It’s better all containers are in standing. The front lawn of the room should be appealing likes more chairs and tables. Only a bit of chairs and table were seen.
