The rooms were recently updated but the exterior of the building was horrible, metal railing was rusting and decaying, the dumpster was overflowing, tied off bags of trash were piled everywhere at the back of the lot. The area was very noisy with traffic sounds and slamming doors.

There was no threshold sweep and that let in alot of bugs. I let management know about the bugs before i left for work and he said they would take care of it, 9 hours later it was 10 times worse thousands and thousands of bugs in my room. Just like a carpet of bugs all over the floor and walls and ceilings. I knew the property was kinda low end but i paid $600 for 7 nights expected to be treated alot better.

Although it’s located in a nice area, I still did not feel safe, the rooms were not clean, stains on bedding, sinks, toilets, and showers. Front desk was not helpful. They didn’t even try to offer me a different room when I told them of the conditions.

Management said that they have been renovating the property for four months. They’ve made remarkable progress.
