Reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bed spreads and the room reaked of smoke. The room was barely clean. Woke to yelling in the middle of the night, looked out the door to witness some shady ongoings at the room at the other end of the balcony. Due to the football game the next day, this normally inexpensive room was very overpriced.

This room shouldn't have been rented. The water to the sink was turned off. I opened the cold water valve so that I could brush my teeth with rinse water. There were no towels by the sink or in the bathroom. I registered early but came back late after a tiring day. The toilet was excellent. Very strong flush. Old motel apparently being refurbished.

Beds uncomfortable rooms out dated. Phone and lights didn’t work like they should. Plug ins super lose or missing cover. Only few tv channels that worked.

Drove through winter storm across I-80 and torrential rain and finally arrived at approximately 5am. The person said they cancelled my room without notification, prepaid. Where's my money? How can you cancel my reservation when its paid for? Ridiculous business practice.

The room had a strong odor and windows were screwed shut so they could not be opened to ventilate. I had to ryn the vent all the time to be able to breathe. Bathroom was a bit dirty, especially the tub. No shampoo, just a small bar of soap. Bed had only a thin sheet and spread, not enough since it was cold, so I did not sleep well.

The staff was rude wouldn't listen. Asked for a ground level floor and then argued that i didnt. Asked for non-smoking put us in a smoking room. I booked 2 rooms and they put my second room clear across the hotel. Bad experience all around
