Lots of teenagers roaming around during school hours.

Front desk staff are really lovely but this is an older motel which really is due refurbishment Had a fridge and microwave in the room but no tea/coffee making facilities. Bed was very comfy. Shower was hot and powerful. I probably wouldn't stay again due to area and age of facilities.

Excellent location. Excellent staff (includes Shay, Lorinda, Cecilia, Ivory, Michael, Ryan, Dawn and MaryAnn, among others.) The property is well-maintained with clean and comfy rooms and clean grounds. The staff is the perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. The parking is easy, with amply-large spaces. There are helpful shops to walk to. A 5/of 5!

Our experience was terrible! We booked just for the night after spending the day at Disney. Firstly, there was no parking near our room. It was all taken up from visitors to other rooms. Immediately upon walking in our room we were met with a breathtakingly horrid smell of Marijuana. The room was a non smoking room. You could smell that all throughout the building on the outside also. It was so bad we didn’t even want to try to stick it out. We went to notify the front desk and the door was locked with a note that said be back in 10 minutes. We waited outside the door for a good 35-40 minutes. I got on the phone and called and heard the phone ringing inside, so I called who we booked from. At that point the desk clerk showed up and unlocked the door so we decided to try to deal with it there. I notified the front desk and because it was after midnight we decided to try another room. ANOTHER big mistake. The next room was in another building on the top floor. We walked into the room and it didn’t smell much better, I walked to check the bathroom; the bathroom was disgusting & had hair all over the toilet, the floor was nasty. I went to shut the door while we figured out what our next move was & the door wouldn’t shut properly. It was as if someone had kicked it in from the outside. The bottom half of the door could be pushed open & revealed a crack you could see through with the door “shut” & locked. We felt totally unsafe. We left & asked for refund. I wish I had got pics!

This is a very well maintained and user friendly location. Need a first floor for health reasons and they will go the extra mile for you. It's quiet, walkable to nearby restaurants and shops, convenient to notable area attractions. Parking spaces are well-sized, and also laid out, for easy parking. These comments only address the property itself, and in addition the staff is great: Everyone encountered over a week's stay was friendly, professional, helpful, effective and still provides that art of customer service, and this goes from the manager to the pleasant strawberry blonde lady in housekeeping: Cecilia, Micheal, Ryan, Ivory, MaryAnn and the above- mentioned housekeeper are all excellent.

Initial room was dirty. Had dog pee on the floor smelled horrible, second room i was shown smelled horrible combination of cigarettes and filth.
