It was very easy and quick to check in. But the place was extremely noisy . You could literally hear everything outside . Taking shower was extremely annoying. Water went hot and cold every time taking shower. Towels needed to be replaced with the good quality ones . And bed was too small. It was not what I expected for the amount I paid .

Room had cockroaches and the smell of the room was bad the floors where covered in white sticky stuff not sure what it was

I have never had this horrible of an experience at a hotel. Our first room had no air working and the sheets were dirty and a bug ran across the ground so we asked for a different room. The next room was worse. The sheets were even more dirty and there were three bugs in the bed! Plus it smelt like cigarettes in the room.

there was never no ice in the ice machine!!! so I was buying ice my whole stay. one ice machine for the whole hotel ain't enough

Noise and unsafe.

The room was nice and clean. Custom service was great.

No hot water for 2 days. Tub faucet constant loud dripping..........

Heater was broken. They said some one will come to fix. No one showed up. Couldn't even sleep in the cold. The bathroom exhaust didn't work The Internet was crawling in our room

Worst stay at any hotel ever!!! I got this room for a visiting friend. My home does not have a spare room so we got this hotel supposedly for her to be more comfortable. No toiletries or coffee machine. The floor was so sticky she had to get items to mop floor so she could feel comfortable walking on it. Pool had a bunch of algea. She asked for towels and was spoken very rudely about asking for them. We would have moved her to another hotel, but she felt bad about us spending more money. She said she would just deal with it. Beds very uncomfortable as well. Front desk was extremely rude. I do not reccomend this hotel to anyone. I couldn't believe the bad service and cleanliness and stinginess of this hotel. She checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday. Towels and a cleaning was not too much to ask. She was excited about using the pool, but couldn't even do that. She had to buy her own soap to wash her hands there too. Ridiculous!!!
