Additional comment: I like that my room had a microwave, fridge and the TV selection. The ice machine was convenient and overall the location is near multiple stores that are walkable.

After several days of staying here I asked for fresh towels and in order to recieve them, I was told I needed to be staying another night. (I did end up staying another night) Then, the following morning my door key stopped working, they let me in but only offered to fix it if I was extending my stay. Which means I can't leave my room as I please; It's been too cold and windy to risk being locked outside. The privacy lock doesnt latch and if you don't lock your door it will swing open from the air outside. Lastly, the complimentary coffee machine wasn't accessible some days. Overall, the location was nice, clean and safe. Other basic expectations were not met unfortunately.

I got charged by hotels.com then got charged again when i came to check in. Double charged and hotels.com was more expensive then just coming to hotel, and getting room upon arrival.

A room from a previous stay was OK. This time the room was in disrepair. Drywall issues ducted taped and other questionable looking attempts. Bedding was clean but walls, doors, etc were not.
