Lobby was closed on the day we arrived. A note said to use the night window. We arrived at 7 pm and waited by the night wi dow for 20 minutes. 4 other geoup of customers showed up and waited in line. I was calling the frobt desk to no avail. I called the reservations line and they also kept calling the frobt desk until finally the employee arrived and explained that she was "on a break". No note or anything. We got the key and walked into a very musty smelling room. There were only two towels and we're a party of 4 so went back to the front desk to adk for more towels only to be told that there aren't any spare towels available. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for

These people just threaten people or they throw you out that's all they do they're garbage the police retired are coming out but they come out there this is a drug-induced scumbag hotel with a flamboyant narcissistic manager that will do whatever he wants to do he's uncivilized and if you choose to be around civilized people you might want to go to a different hotel
