Front desk man was awful.
For $250 a night the room was very basic and I was not allowed to us the coffee my the nasty older man who works there. I would never stay here again and I will warn others of this very expensive and unfriendly staff. Horrible.

We always stay here when we go to Payson. Rooms are clean. No toiletries except bar soap. Towels are very rough. We do not go for luxuries. We go mostly for the reasonable price and our dogs stay at no cost.

No hot water in bathroom sink; yes in the shower. Little bugs in bathroom. No extra blankets; i brought my own thank goodness. Heater works great. Also; towls are very, very OLD. Bring yours.

The place was nice but it was noise the first night. Didnt get much sleep. The next night had someone above walking back and forth until about midnight.
