I didn't stay at this property and they wouldn't refund my money

This should not be a radisson property

Good services

Clean and comfortable

Sometimes the people that clean the room didn’t change the bed or do the bed. The noise from other people been outside of their room and smog

The staff was great properties together

Cockroaches and they wouldn't refund my rm

Checkin was great, staff is kool to talk with

This is what you get when you pay cheap prices! The guests/people that stayed there are in geo loud, act undisciplined, uncivilized and think it’s ok to smoke in front of your door or let their smoking car engine run its exhaust towards your doorstep! The property is not the clean! And the hotel management think it’s ok to have hired hands that go around the parking lot with a blower that blows all dirt on your car! One morning I decided to get some of the coffee they are offering in the morning. The receptionist acted surprised when I told her there was no coffee! It was clear she only made 1 batch and despite telling me “there were so many people here this morning asking for coffee. Give me 5 minutes I make some more. I went back 10 min later, she didn’t made one! I think she was on a personal call in the back office. She came out still holding on to her call & told me “give me 5 minutes” I came back 15 minutes later and guess what? Still no coffee! She told me again; give me 5 minutes! Of course I gave up! Sometimes it is not the circumstances that one find themselves in; it is also the people create the unwanted circumstances they and up to be forced to live/work in! These people are in America in Silicon Valley and they choose 2 suffer in their circumstances instead 2 exercise self discipline, self improvement. That is why this place will remain what it is! A cheap place where you will not go back as a guest & leave them behind to their own struggles in dirt, disarray

The property is in a nice area with clean surroundings. The area overall is very nice; however, When I arrived, they stated that they did not have a reservation for me even though I was able to pull up the reservation with the confirmation number on my phone. The attendant seemed like he wasn't willing to try to help me out. Not very good customer service.
