Spent 4 nights and everything was very good

The staff was super nice and friendly. Inside my hotel room i had mold and mildew in my shower, and there was baby roaches in my room. I had to change my room due to this. This was unacceptable and truly nasty. I dont live with roaches why should i go away and sleep with them. Very disappointed at this Candlewood.

This is my second time staying at this location- it’s either a newer Candlewood or it’s newly renovated, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. I requested a pet friendly room as I was traveling with my dogs, and I was placed on the first floor (perfect for running dogs in and out for bathroom breaks) and I was even more pleasantly surprised to see that my room was all laminate (pergo? I’m not a flooring expert lol), no carpet. My dog is a pretty seasoned traveler at this point and doesn’t have accidents but it was still a huge bonus in terms of keeping the room clean to not have to worry about carpeting. Bed was very comfortable. Grocery store right around the corner, lots of dining options. Staff is very nice. I stayed over Thanksgiving so the hotel was mostly vacant which made for a very peaceful stay.

My room was dirty ,crumbs in the bed ,left use wash cloth in the bathroom an blood stains under the toilet ,I’m just been very honest

Carpet was wet when we checked in. Everyone in my family had an allergic reaction while in the room. An hour after checkout all our symptoms cleared up.

I would definitely stay at this property next time I am in the area.

Upon entry to room, there was an odor. Later discovered the odor was Raid. Room had ants. Staff was notiied and they sprayed again. But ants were still present. We did not have food in the room.
