Positives and negatives.
We love your facility is dog friendly but at our last stay we noticed the furniture in the hotel room was very old and there was limited flat ware, dishes, glasses. There also was not extra paper towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. There was no dishwashing pods. So we love it that you offer a full size refrigerator and freezer. The hallways and elevator smelled like marijuanna. Your staff especially front desk every shift were very helpful and friendly.

hotel really needs an update. upholstery on furniture is worn, fixtures in bathroom are rusty. tiles broken.

This hotel is perfect for me. I come to the city every 6 months for doctors appointments and I like to stay somewhere comfortable. It doesn’t have to be ( star, but comfortable and this fits the bill.

The staff is subpar and constantly a line at check in desk due service. The elevators were not working. The entry, halls and floors smell of cigarette smoke very heavily. Location is far, 30 minutes from Boston attractions and prepare to pay $50 for a few hours of parking in Boston.
