Well I pray they never have a real fire!! About 11pm i here a muted fire alarm. I check the hall and smell smoke. I get dressed check the hall again and now the hall is filled with amoke still no actual fire alarm. Call the front desk and they say they will investigate. Then the fire alarm goes off. I go to the front desk and its a 3 ring circus. Finally got told it was a bag of popcorn the was over cooked and caught fire. I smelled like smoke and my room reeked causing me to have a major asthma attack. I asked to move my room. Which they did hut downgraded my accommodations. Then that shower hamdle was broken. They came in to fix it. Then both the shower head and tub spout were not attached to the wall. And the morning front desk lady as i went to leave was so rude. I ask to have the manager call me. Nope that did happen either

Great hotel. Very nice property. Beautiful grounds. Staff were friendly and professional.

Good place

Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. The courtyard was very pretty. The floors were not very clean and our chair had holes in it.

My AC WAS BROKE ONLY PROBLEM

This hotel is in serious need of renovation. Also: unsafe! The maintenance crew had an outdoor cable draped across the entrance to the hallway as well as my hotel room. The electric cable was draped 2' up, and so I had to scoot my suitcase under and then step over it. Ridiculous.

Rooms were very clean. Food was very good at the cafe. Will probably be staying here anytime I come back to the bay area

Needs major updates, countertop in our room was falling apart. Outlets didn’t work, fridge was dirty

The first room I received smelled and carpet was very dirty, worn and lifted in areas. Had to request another room. Other than that, stay was ok
