Nice staff. They check in and ask if you need anything.

The rooms were decent, but the bathroom had mold in the shower. Overall not bad I would stay again.

Management and staff are always very polite, professional every time we’ve stayed there.

Tried to cancel in person, couldn’t do it. Wi-Fi was not working in car to contact Key One. Person at desk was a big ZERO!

Great breakfast We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly.

We did not stay the second night. Basic things had not been done to the room. Lights not working. Spider webs on lampshades from the ceiling. Area around sprinkler had no finish it was just ragged edges of ceiling to which you could see into the ceiling. The corners had dirt in them. The carpet in the hall was very worn with dirt. The door to the hall had a 1/8 in gap you could see through. the tub squeaked terrible we felt sorry for the people below. Was not greeted by anyone standing at the desk walking in. I had to say I am here to check in. It should be hospitality 101. followed by if you need anything during your 2 day stay please don't hesitate to ask. I have never stayed in a Holiday Inn express that was so lacking in overall appearance. It is very dated.

When we went to check in they said they couldn’t because their computers weren’t working. The. The placed us in a room that already had guests in the room. Very scary!!!
