The room next to us had extremely loud music our first night . The hotel manager struggled to get the party tamed down before midnight. Other than that our stay was nice . The 2 bedroom is very comfortable for family of 4 with large children

Booked the hotel through Hotels.com. Says "Pet Friendly" on the website, so we brought our dog. Got our credit card bill and they charged us an additional $100.89. Because we didn't register our dog at the front desk. We didn't know we had to. The dog did no damage, the charge was for not "Registering" the dog. The lady on the phone mentioned there is a sign, but it must be in braille, because I didn't see it. Front desk people should ask if your bringing a dog!!

Pretty good hotel for a family staying, I would like to highlight that the ac unit on the room have a grill that needs to be cleaned ASAP.

The 2-room configuration is great for some privacy with a teen son. The pull out bed was a bit springy and uncomfortable, but for one night and a teen/ child it would be fine. I'd think memory foam would improve the comfort on these typically uncomfortable couch beds, but that's not really the property's fault. Room was quiet, TVs easy to operate. Breakfast options were good. It was nice to have the kitchenette in our room. Only negative- the bathroom floor was coming up and could use some attention, but the manager already reached out to me from a property review and said she would address it. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub were not very busy. The courtyard outside looked inviting with grills and seating areas, but we did not venture out as it was December. Location was close to many shopping and dining options with ready access to the interstate.
