Good place. Good people.

We love the Staybridge and stay there as often as we can. This time however, we had to ask for sheets for the pull out and only got a blanket. We were charged for the wrong room and had to sort it out. Also, our door keeys didnt work and we had to have them rekeyed 3xs in 2 days. But this hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Very impressive continental breakfast and nice commons area. Room clean and overall hotel quiet. Would stay again. Hot tub was enjoyed.

Super convenient access to Alerus Stadium. My room was directly across. Best place to stay if going to a game or an event there.

We love Staybridge! You definitely get what you pay for. Our toddler especially loved the pool here. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is a little run down in the rooms and pool, falling apart a bit. But lovely staff and wonderful breakfast!

Breakfast was Amazing!!! Love the choices. Only downfall was our room key stopped working and after getting a few new keys they still didn’t work. They had to have maintenance get it opened. The kids had wanted to go swimming after breakfast but they couldn’t.

We have been staying at this location for years when we visit Grand Forks, and always get a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. The hotel is quiet and in a nice location, the common areas are clean, and the amenities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful, however they say little perks like late check out are reserved only for clients who are reward member holders and book directly with the hotel and not through booking sites such as Expedia. Our room was not ready on time and at first they wouldn’t agree to giving us a late check out in return (for the same amount of time they were late in checking us in) but eventually the manager came out and agreed to give us a 1 hour late check out. The rooms are getting old and tired and in need of some renovations and new furniture. The sofa is really decrepit and really should not be in there.
