I had a great experience at this place! The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer breakfast, but if you have any allergies like eggs, you might want to manage your expectations. Overall, it’s a good spot!

The staff was very nice. My check in was quick and smooth. However the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was hair on the toilet seat, the shower was not clean and the room had the smell of a dog. I do understand that dogs are accommodated but I don’t want to walk in my “freshly cleaned room” to the stinch of a dog.

Originally, we were planning to stay at this hotel overnight on our way back to Chicago, but we ended up staying an extra night because I was visiting a friend in town. The rooms we were in was fine enough but we ended up having to switch rooms a couple of times due to issues with some of the furnishings (TV and toilet). The yogurt at the breakfast was also expired and we informed staff about it, but they did not do anything. We often stay at the Holiday Inn Express if we are on a road trip, but we will not be coming back to this particular location.

First time at this hotel and I will stay there again as I visit my daughter and her family once a month. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe and located conveniently near shopping and dining.

Room not ready until after check in time. Then was given Wrong room, reserved and paid for king suite. They did not tell me at check in they had over booked, not until after I went back to the desk did they acknowledge this and gave a refund. Room keys didnt work, had to go back to desk. Pool out of order

The hotel needs cleaned and updated. There was a youth soccer tournament in town and kids were running up and down the hall. The room itself needed cleaned better. Female hair was all over the bathroom floor amd there was a horrible sewer smell from the bathroom. They were overbooked so no moving

The property was really well maintained, the only thing that was a problem was the bathroom edges were moldy. There was a weird smell going into the room. Hope this finds someone. The staff i,e the lady on front desk was the best. Nothing against her.
