Just can not say enough good things about this hotel and especially the entire staff. We stayed here during hurricane Beryl. No power for a few days at the hotel but running water and the friendliness of the staff got us thru a difficult time

When I got to my room there was a lizard on the door handle and the hallways smelled musty. Thankfully the room didn’t smell. Not sure whose room the lizard went to but he wasn’t allowed in mine. Very good supply of toiletries and the bed was very comfortable.

even though they were renovating with large containers in parking lot there was still ample parking. my main concern with hotels are cleanliness which they were very clean. i was able to sleep peacefully.

The staff were very kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. The parking lot was well-lit and I felt safe. The room and the premises in general were clean and maintained. The room temp was cool and comfy as soon as we walked in the door. It was all nice and bright and clean. The bed was comfortable and it was area was quiet so we were able to relax and to sleep well.

Rooms were updated nicely except for the sofa bed and recliner. Both were old and very uncomfortable. The bed on the couch you could feel all the bars and was sinking in the middle. The recliner once reclining you had to get up in order to get it to go back to normal
