When I was about to depart Memphis on my way to the New Orleans area, on the morning of the day we were going to begin our 7 day stay, someone from the hotel called me to inform me that we would not be able to check into the handicap accessible room that I had reserved, because it was not available. This was despite the fact that I had phoned the property the previous week to confirm the booking and the specific room type.
I require a walk-in shower. I could have managed a one night stay, but a week? No way. I was forced to find alternative accommodations the first day of a week-long stay in an extremely popular travel destination. The only way it could have been worse is if they hadn't called me and waited until I showed up to check in.

The beds are at least 100 years old, sit almost to the floor. Awful will not stay again!

Paid for a king bed and was given two queen size beds in the room
When inquired about it I was told that they did not have any available
Why would you sell a room in the reservations if you sis not have it available
Extremely frustrating
