Old/ outdated. Not clean. Laundry room so disgusting I could not use it. There were people lingering around the outside and halls during g the nite.
Patesh is amazing and all the staff are amazing.

The room we were given was never cleaned and the bathroom ceiling had plenty of mold. We asked the attendant if we can change room and explained to her that the room didn’t meet our standards. She stated there was no vacancies. The tv didn’t come on something about a signal. The next morning the front desk staff Toya, I believe came in and we explained to her the issues we were having and we was told there wasn’t any vacancies. Well apparently the night staff lied to us because there were plenty of rooms available. Anywho, Toya fixed everything and made our stay more pleasant. She accommodated us in every way she could. Had a great stay afterward!!
