Reliable Lodging in Pittsfield, MA.
A nice hotel for a weekend stay in Pittsfield in February. Bonus points, breakfast is served (not the case at all Pittsfield hotels) and there is a bar with food open in the evening (again, not the case elsewhere). Also the hotel is conveniently located (with valet parking) if skiing and visiting other towns.
Only there for one night. beds comfortable, room on 9th floor quiet.
bathroom small, no vent fan for showering, need bigger wastebaskets.

The parking for the hotel was a block away from the actual hotel. It was just inconvenient walking through the snow to get to the car. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Stayed here for the weekend with my family it was clean , pool was fun breakfast was good . Only thing was the no parking. We had to park a block down and that walk back to the hotel in the cold was not fun .

I booked the hotel through Expedia. The website said they were pet friendly. After I booked, paid, and arriived, they hit me with a $75 pet fee that was no where to be fonnd on the website.Hotel staff told me I could have my $$ back and go find another hotel. It felt like extortion. Later in the evening i tried to watch TV, couldn't get reception. The maintenance guy came to the room, said the hotel uses Direct TV, and in bad weather there's limited to no recption. He said. sorry, we know about the problem. You deserve better. He's righgt. Choose a different hotel if you go to the Pittsfield area.
