Expensive pet fees, no transparency.
Internet posting of pet fee was much lower than what was actually charged upon checking in. Then with no explanation, additional fees were charged following my initial payment. My pet did no damage to the room, so there was no logic to any extra fee. There was no telephone number provided to challenge the charges. I will not stay again at this hotel.
Great Stay!
The staff was extremely friendly and my stay was great. I appreciate the ability to bring my pet baby with me to this hotel. I had an overall great stay.
