Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, fresh facilities, excellent breakfast (including two coffee machines that grind the brew on the spot).
Smelled of marijuana ever night, poor customer service.
Poor; overcharged by company representing holiday inn. I’m an owner at your resort in Orlando and I regular hotel guest. Very disappointed.

Disrespectful Checkout Clerk.
There was an extremely rude and sharply curt Caucasian female (20 ish) that attempted to force us to take a rolling chair back to the room. There were no valets available. She told us there are ONLY TWO for the entire hotel! So since she knows that the hotel will definitely need more valets than two, why was she so rude? It was a very very disheartening experience.
The Host
Your host not only was she absolutely beautiful! And just as nice as any host I've ever seen. 3am on my way to rdu at entrance I was shocked at people just hanging out. I actually put my hand on my pistol! I didn't like that.
I liked the friendly and helpful staff.

I wish there were a telephone number listed for the airport shuttle right in the reservation so it would be easier to arrange. When traveling abroad, my phone plan doesn’t always work, so knowing in advance how to call to get the shuttle so I can do it from inside the airport where there is wifi would have been useful. Otherwise, everyrhing is good.
