I reserved this hotel by the airport for the shuttle service but was informed upon checking in that the shuttle only starts running at 7am so I had to find another way to get to my early flight

Quiet and easy to get to.

This hotel is your typical low priced airport hotel- it's dated & so is the carpeting throughout the hallways (3 floors) BUT the room was really nice (I was surprised), newly remodeled, spacious, clean, comfy bed, full kitchen, good heat- I WOULD DEF STAY HERE AGAIN! Not too much around the hotel, a couple of other hotels, gas stations, a few restaurants, this was to be expected near the airport (only 10 mins away).

The hotel and parking lot were not lit up at night. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the hotel reeked of marijuana. Upon check-in, we were notified that it would be an additional $5/day for parking. When we got to the room, we were extremely underwhelmed. There was a VCR, everything in the kitchen appeared dirty, and there was a fan in the wall right by the head of onr of the beds. I've never seen a hole cut directly into a wall with a fan in it like that, so creativity points on that for sure. We left the room and asked the front desk clerk for a refund, as there was no way we were staying. She flat out told us "no". Would not recommend, 0/10.

Personal opinion: - Staff: Friendly - Room: spacious with a nice, comfortable, queen size bed. The desk space is big! - Bathroom: clean, spacious.

Our stay was not good. To start, we booked this hotel in large part for the airport shuttle services, only to find out it operates on limited hours and we wouldn’t be able to utilize it. Strange for an airport hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very unprofessional front desk attendant who was oddly wearing rubber gloves and appeared to be stoned, his eyes were glazed and he asked us the same questions repeatedly. He wasn’t able to answer any of our questions about the amenities or anything. The lobby and hallways were dirty and had a smell. When we got to our room the temperature control was not functioning. There was a filthy pot on the stove. When my husband called to ask for extra pillows, he was told “uh I think maybe I have one” by the front desk attendant. He had to go down to the desk to retrieve the singular pillow available, and was handed a dirty looking pillow with no pillow case on it. We ended our stay early and booked a different hotel for the remainder of our trip. We asked for a refund of our unused nights, but were told there were no managers available to speak to with such authority, which is also strange and problematic to not have a manager on duty to attend to guest issues. It has been a week and a half now since our unpleasant stay, and I still have not gotten any response from a manager despite multiple efforts to contact them. I would urge others not to book here. The cleanliness, amenities, and customer service are extremely lacking.

Not in a great part of town. I was on ground floor and it was very noisy.

My room was lovely and spacious. I was exhausted from international travel, grateful for the warm greeting, and pleasant early check in. The bed was clean and cozy. The atmosphere was comforting and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

The amount of 'air-freshener' used within the hotel is absolutely overwhelming. Makes you ask 'what smell' are they trying to 'cover up'? "The Store" is a misnomer for a vending machine. Please expand the space and add items such as OJ, small containers of milk, Fresh fruit, sandwiches, cereal, salad-bowls....
