Friendly staff, helpful in every way. Free handicap parking near the building also a definite plus. Room was comfortable and clean.
Missed flight and booked nearest hotel to Dulles Airport for overnight lodging.
Samuel, the hotel management person was very friendly and professional. Awesome disposition.
