Pool out of order.
I had gotten up early to spend the morning at the pool before check out and after 30 mins was told all of the pools would be closed for cleaning and they didn’t know when they would reopen. Seems like they could have closed one at a time.

It was beautiful clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. You clearly have a great first impressions training. The downsize was the pool was very hot, it was not even enjoyable and thats what we looked forward to most. We did not sleep well as the AC unit was so loud i had to turn it off all together,

Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was amazing! Loved the separate tub and shower and upgraded toiletries. Very nice breakfast menu. Also loved that there was an adults-only pool!

We had an overall wonderful experience at The Wigwam. Super friendly and welcoming staff, huge resort to explore, tons of entertainment and amenities to partake in. The hotel is a historic hotel, and shows its age in some areas (patio/balcony awning, chipping paint on wood, etc) but you can easily overlook that with how beautiful the rest of the area is. Our favorite part was the central hub of everything with the Tower pool, The Bar restaurant, the market, and beautiful landscape surrounding it. If you come to visit, definitely plan for the “colder” Phoenix months so you can spend time outside and not get heat stroke! Overall 5 stars, and we can’t wait to come back!!
