Unfortunately my reservation turned out to be a waste of money. The bath tub had a really bad drip. It was loud enough to disrupt the night. Spoke to the manager they could not effect repairs and apparently had no other room to offer. So we left and had to pay for a room at another hotel. Will never use That location again.

We get to our room which is right across from the elevators and the walls are paper thin. I always wonder if they put you in the worst rooms because you book 3rd party. There was only 1 plug in by the bed which didn’t work but don't worry you can use the plug in across the room since it's only 10 feet away. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Tiles on the bathroom floor were busted and had missing grout so you had to be careful not to cut your feet. The shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. They must have a bug problem as there were sticky traps everywhere in the halls and stairways. We won't be staying here again.

We book a room here every year. The prices are unbeatable and I always get the best sleep on the comfy beds. The cleaning staff did an awesome job every day giving fresh towels, new toiletries, and fresh sheets.
