Better than a rest stop.

The office was unattended and took a long time for anyone to help us. Then they were unprepared and had to split our family across two rooms. The rooms smelt musty, there was left over food under the bed and in the cupboard, the room was unmaintained and didn’t feel clean. There was a spider in the shower and a dead moth in a bed. The heater was broken in one room so needed a portable bar heater which was unsafe. The exhaust fan was broken and very noisy in the bathroom. The other people in the hotel were noisy, there was a guy revving his car and cigarettes and weed could be smelt. The people next door to us could easily be heard yelling around midnight. Our children didn’t feel safe in this environment and we couldn’t wait to leave. On check out, the office was unattended once again so we left our key cards at the door.

This property is disgusting. There’s no hot water. There are people living in the premises who yell through the thin walls. There were doors missing from the frames on a few rooms. Expedia should not support this establishment. I’m seeking a refund.

Me and a few of my friends and I rented three rooms for a girl's night in Nevada City. The rooms were so discussing that we left and are demanding a refund. The pictures are nothing like the property. The toilets were dirty the mattresses and sitting areas were covered with grime. Diana S.

Shower did not work, management left property with no one on duty, they did not answer the phone, nor their office door bell when used; they were gone. The sink would not drain, and carpet was wet, and smelled of Cat Piss.

The property is just so rundown and old improvements definitely need to be made. The bathrooms, especially are seriously in need of help. The bathrooms are Cold and dingy, mine had what looked like a pretty good size blood stain on the floor. However, the price was right; you get what you pay for. When we travel, we always need two rooms so we would definitely stay again because it’s what we can afford. My room smelled very clean and I felt safe. It was quiet at night and you are surrounded by beautiful trees. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Definitely do not look for frills or extras at this location.

Disgusting all the way around. We never stayed the night. We ended up going to a hotel in grass valley, there is no way this hotel should not be condemned.
