Was close to the arena where the concert was. Walked to the arena so didn't have to pay for parking. Overall was a decent stay, would stay here again.

Room wasn’t bad, but the back of the door was filthy, a hole was patched by the door, but not finished, and there is tissue stuck to the peep hole in the door. It’s also very humid in the room.

Kind of an industrial area.
I won't think there was an elevator to the 2ed floor. We used the stairs.
Frig, microwave, room coffee and basic toiletries. Nothing bad to say about the place.

Concert was within walking distance. Kinda a bad area after dark. Stay on the lit areas. So convenient to simmons bank arena tho. Only reason id ever stay there tho

Great location, quiet, room and property well maintained. Only concern was the mattress was too worn for my liking... thin padding you could feel the springs through. Still a very nice place I would stay at again.
