The heaters did not work properly and had to be unplugged to shut off. Secondly, we had to extend our stay and were charged extra to check in early for the second day.
There was NO STAFF at the front desk, only a kiosk and a phone.
Do not recommend.

First time visit. No person at reception but a phone to let them know of our arrival; receptionist appeared quickly and completed check in. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. No microwave but fridge. My wife's service dog was received well with no financial penalty.

Hotel was under renovation but our room and hallways were still clean and neat. When we had a small problem in our room (bathroom light wasn’t working), we were quickly and happily given a different room.

The shower curtain has mildew on it. This is an easy fix and it should be taken care of. The heating/cooling unit in the closet was so loud I could not sleep. I had to shut it off, which wasn’t the end of the world because it wasn’t hot or cold out. The bed was not comfortable

The bathroom was in bad shape. specifically the tub. shower curtain was really dirty and the caulking around the tub was really bad. I could see several spots where I knew weren't sealed and I knew the water was going into the wall and I thought "oh great, I wonder how much mold is in there." Bathroom counter was also not wiped clean.
