We were evacuated from our home due to wildfires. The staff was so kind and caring during our stay. They even worked with us to check out early once the mandatory evacuation was lifted. They were always sure to provide information on community resources for evacuees. The hotel was super clean and there was a great selection of food at the included breakfast. The hotel was busy and crowded with evacuees, but the staff remained calm and friendly.

I booked for an employee and his family who had to get with the city for plumbing repairs due to a problem with the water meter. I booked them a room for the night at the local Holiday Inn Express. Apparently the hotel has a policy that "no locals" are allowed to stay at their hotels. So if you have an insurance claim and need a place to stay, plumbing issues, or just want to leave the kids with someone and have a night with just you and you significant just remember Holiday Inn Express does not want your business. Fortunately other hotels in town do.

We had a great time staying here. The beds were Heaven, the pool was clean, hot tub was nice and hot. It was in a wonderful quiet little spot, with good food options near by and a convenient store just around the corner. I will definitely be booking here again for our stays in Roswell.
