Our rooms were disgusting, not updated, the walls had peel marks, chipped paint, the floors literally had patches of carpet missing. Our bathroom was not clean and we had no towels in one room. I asked the front desk to clean our room again and he replied, the cleaning staff is already gone. The pool area was not clean and a little out dated, but the gym room was decent. I would not recommend staying here!

Nice room with 2 bedrooms. However don’t like that when you close the bedroom doors there’s a gap that allows someone to peek in. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to the details. Breakfast is so so. Overall nice hotel

My stay here was great except someone complained that we were making noise and we just got back from the pool we wasn't even room my kids was taking showers and I was watching TV😳

Great stay! The room was clean and updated, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the food was very good. We were staying for a quick trip with 2 little kids and it was such a great part of our vacation. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so nice. Customer service is obviously really important to you!

The first night kids were running up and down the hall banging on the doors for a long period of time. I had to report it twice and was very frustrating.

We called the hotel that we would be checking in very late. On arrival no one was at the desk. We waited for 15 minutes and called customer service. The clerk finally showed up, irritated at us!
The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Breakfast did not have all of the items ( bread for toast) and the sausages were cold. Coffee was weak and awful tasting. Not worth over $200! Ridiculous.
