Can’t say enough good things about my experience. This is my 3rd stay at Aloft brand hotels each one good this one absolutely great😉.

Carpets were badly stained

Staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to do an online presentation in an unbooked conference room. The room was lovely.

Calvin at the front desk went above & beyond both upon our arrival & departure. There were issues with my reservation which he took care of swiftly & more than satisfactorily. He should be a valued employee if not already.

Check in was a breeze and front desk staff were very kind and easy to talk to. Nice to have people with personalities and that are easy to talk to! Hotel was quiet even though it’s across the street from the airport, and on a busy road. Lots of amenities close by!

I always appreciate Aloft properties but I guess this particular location was way too busy and so it was not as clean as I expected it to be. I changed rooms because the first room smelled like rotten food and wet carpet…it was t very pleasant

The Hotel Exterior and close proximity to the airport is great. The hotel lobby front desk staff was courteous. The hotel lobby's and rooms are dirty. That was our first and last time ever staying at Aloft. We enjoy traveling frequently, and I must say that was the dirtiest room, I have ever seen. I had to clean the room and went and purchased my own towels, bedding and cleaning supplies. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families, my colleagues or even strangers. Luckily we didn't have to spend much time there.

PESIMO SERVICIO SUCIO MAL PERSONAL

The room was clean and the staff was amazing. The carpet in the outside areas were filthy (by elevators), the room was bare bones and we were provided only 2 towels...our 1st room had a mechanical malfunction where the lighting didnt work. Staff gave us a new room right away and were VERY accommodating. They were actually amazing. Just felt the room was expensive for what we were provided.

I can't say enough good things about my stay. I read the reviews and they were mixed- with some very negative. I have to say that my stay was beyond welcoming, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. I got in late at night and needed to eat- there were some modest options at the bar along with a nice selection of drinks. In the morning, again, some modest food choices, with modest prices- but delicious- and delivered with a smile. A great all day long snack bar (for a fee) and complimentary coffee and tea all day. Every front desk person was so friendly, personable, and helpful. The manager saw that I was looking for a charging port and got up from the bar area so I could work and charge my computer. And lastly, when I needed to get to the airport, they had a team member bring me within minutes. I think attitude and culture can beat out a ton of extras if you have everything you need in one place with comfort and ease.
