what a wonderful hotel, wonderful rooms, so clean, wonderful front desk staff, friendly and so accommodating! The included breakfast is just amazing, something for everyone, probably the best included breakfast we've had at a hotel! Thank you for being so hospitable :).

Newly renovated, which I love. The room size is reasonable for an NYC hotel, and the space is clean and conveniently located.
However, the biggest downside is the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from the hallway at night, especially when the cleaning crew was nearby—lots of door slams. Being on the 6th floor, I also heard the garbage truck loud and clear at night, which was unfortunate. Even walking through the hallway, I could hear what was happening inside the rooms. If you’re a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.
