Great place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

LOVED our room and the overall 2-night stay. Wanted to give 5 stars because it reminded me of what a hotel stay USED to be in the 80's. They keep the pool open, the hot tub/spa is still functioning. They have staff that keep up the breakfast so it doesn't run out. Three stars ONLY because of cleanliness. The pink hoo around the shower is totally cleanable. It's bacteria and needs cleaned. The bathroom vent is filthy. A scrub brush/broom over the bathroom floor would take a few extra minutes. Not sure how long the dishes sat in dishwasher so we ran it again. The greasy fingerprints in most all the cabinets around the handles could use a cleaning. If it was cleaner definitely would be a 5 star in my book. Also, rotate the mattress please. Very nice and clean property

Older building, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Close to most everything in Couerd’Alene

Everything was great until a party of about 20 children age 6 years and younger came into the pool. I don't think a pool party should be allowed at a hotel where paying guests are. It was a bit much.

Comfortable bed, quiet area

Things I like: we stayed in an extended stay room with full fridge and stove. Room seemed spacious. Breakfast was decent Pool: Pool was clean Front Lobby: Fresh Cookies at check in. Price: price was fair for what we got. Thing I didn’t like: Staff: Staff acted like it was difficult to find another blanket and pillow. Staff threw food away of my daughters without checking if it was hers. Location: Right off freeway around every fast food spot you don’t want to go to. However it is two minutes to downtown and the resort area around lake.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great. The pool and hot tub were pleasant. Everything was clean and convenient. The large fridge and freezer, microwave, small stove, and dishwasher would be nice for a longer stay.
