Great place

Was treated horribly by AK the manager not recommended

It’s a nice hotel. However, they did put me facing the parking lot which unfortunately right next-door. They were doing a lot of construction so there was a lot of noise. I won’t go back there for a while. It was just too noisy.

Loved the shuttle, very walkable to restauramts and walmart. Both deadlocks in my room was broken and there were roaches.

Great location

This is one of the first hotels I've been to where EVERYTHING was cleaned, including areas that are hidden or aren’t generally easy to see, like inside of the AC or beyond the bathroom vent’s cover. The room was small but cozy, and everything seemed updated and Hi-tech. Plenty of places to plug in devices including many USB charging ports available in convenient places around the room. No bugs, clean bedding, no dust or cobwebs to be found and window sill had fresh and intact seals with no dirt or debris to be found on window sill OR inside the track itself! Really, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of effort and thoroughness of their cleaning detail, and having two small children who explore every nook and cranny and love investigating crevices and such, it was really important to me that we had a clean room and for once, I didn’t have to spend the first few hours cleaning out room.

The temperature outside was near freezing.. the heater in our room was not working… we were given an extra blanket , but we were still cold!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Affordable price and staff was very friendly. The shuttle service to the parks is an A+ . Would stay here again if any future plans to disney world.

Only thing that I don't like is the room, second bed to close to the AC that makes the person who sleep near the AC feel a lot colder.
