I didn’t like the doors being open to the outside. There was a lot of people walking by my room and talking loudly. The power went out and there was no backup generator. Front desk staff were friendly and professional.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. It was hair everywhere. I convene believe the sheets were clean. The mini coffee cup maker was dirty. They need better housekeeping.

Since we were 6 adults and a kid while booking had asked for adjacent rooms, while collecting the keys asked the same was told there is no rooms. The digital keys did. It work, again went to the lobby second time it worked for one room and the other did not work, so now he gave us adjacent room, wondering why he refused to give the first time. Rooms have a stale smell. Breakfast was a joke, no jelly, pub or any spread for the bread, no fruits, juice- apple not available, no eggs or muffins. Coffee only 2 cups. Avoid this place.

Positives: 1 - Easy to find 2 - Check in was simple and efficient 3 - The facility seems to be located in a safe neighborhood 4 - Room was clean Negatives: 1 - After check in, we went into our room and the bed was partially stripped down. There were sheets on the bed, but no blanket or bedspread. Soon afterwards, the front desk called me and asked me to come by the office and pick up the missing items. 2 - Water pressure in the shower was weak 3 - Heating unit was loud and noisy 4 - Railroad located nearby; train horns disturbed sleep

The door to the room we were originally supposed to have wouldn’t unlock. Neither key card nor manual key worked. We were moved to a room with two double beds instead of the king. There were mold spots on the bathroom wall and you could tell someone had put out a cigarette on the wall next to the door in the bathroom.
