Very clean, comfortable hotel with courteous staff.

Very clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Great place, very clean.

This is an old, tired hotel. Window coverings have (moth?) holes. White towels are "clean" but grayish in color and some with stains. No stopper in the sink so risk of losing a contact or other down the drain. Shower head is rusty. Carpet is dirty. TV reception is generally poor. Free breakfast is a nice offering but I've never seen eggs that look so artificial. Was afraid to eat them.

The guy at the front desk was very good about making sure we were happy with our stay. The staff was keeping the property clean.

Hot tub out of order. Water from the faucet stunk really bad and the juice was nade with the same water could not drink it or brush your teeth.

Spent a week in Luvern. This place was quiet and it felt safe. The staff was friendly

Had booked on Hotels.com and was assigned to a second floor room. Upon arrival was told there is no elevator so I asked to switch to 1st floor as I had a lot of things to carry in/out. The first room I got had a malfunctioning heating/cooling unit and a noisy fan. The next one we tried was very musty smelling. The 3rd/final alternative was ok so I took that. The heater blew under the curtains so they were always billowing out. The carpet didn't appear clean and had large wrinkles in it in several places as if it had been water damaged? The towels were a discolored white and several had holes work in them. The room was somewhat dark with in adequate lighting. The room had a small refrigerator which I was able to use. It worked for me as I was not in it most of the day; just back in the evening to shower up and sleep. It was just "ok" but this hotel needs updating badly.

Staffs were kind and helpful. Good fridge space and have a good ice maker. Room was clean enough but not impressive. Very quiet and decent internet. There were hot scrabble eggs and meat patties for breakfast which is a plus.
