Excellent hotel. Nice safe area outside the big city with lots of shopping options nearby. Clean and quiet and comfortable suite. Lots of variety for breakfast, all very freshly cooked and tasty. Would stay here again 10/10

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Our bathroom was clean but could use some minor fixes. Example, the door lock was broken.

Needs updating badly.

Overall okay. I did like the set up of the suite room which we stayed. As we first walked in there was crumbs on the counter & crumbs in the pull out bed..also just got charged & extra night not sure why, I’m going to have to call & figure that out.

The outdoor pool was a highlight for the family. Also really enjoyed the breakfast options. Hotel rooms could use some updating, especially the couch and pullout sofa and a deeper clean. Ran into a few issues with our key cards but the front desk helped us out. Overall a good stay.

Needs to hire more staff. Nothing was available no bedding, door didnt close, dishwasher kept beeping, no management or staff to help out, we had to move to the holiday inn next door and had problems there too.. Smh this property definitely needs to do better, i wont be staying here again.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite. The layout was perfect for our family trip. I wish I could find more hotels like this! I think the rooms could do with an update, furniture getting a little drab and small TVs could be updated to smart TVs to make a big difference. Great outdoor pool area, very popular, but spacious enough to not feel crowded.

Part of the reason I chose this hotel was for their breakfast. Well, I'd compare it to a prison breakfast, but not as good. The eggs were cold and had some strange filling in them. Why? Idk. The sausage links were cold, undercooked, and surrounded by an outer layer of cold oil. The toaster was on its way out so it was taking forever to heat up our breads. (2 adults, 5 kids) They had sweet potato "hash browns" which sounded pretty good. Unfortunately, they decided to steam them instead of baking/frying, leaving them soggy and inedible. In fact, I almost vomited these out on the first bite! Can't go wrong with cereal though, right? Wrong. The kids said the cereal tasted like sausage. Cannot confirm this, but after the above mentioned issues, I wouldn't be surprised. Anyway, it wasn't all bad. The room was spacious. The campus was beautiful and the pool was nice and clean. Front desk people had a bit of a chip on their shoulders, but I just chopped that up to them barely making over minimum wage. It's rough out here. I get it. In a nutshell, bring food and avoid the staff and you're Gucci.
