Really need to have rooms cleaned every other day rather than once a week; even if just trash and towels. Having to take your own towels to front desk because they only clean rooms once a week is a bit ridiculous.

We stay at this hotel on a regular basis for business and it is a decent place.. Only pet peeve is the fact that there is always trash thrown around the parking lot and grassy areas.. Granted, people are pigs, but it wouldn't hurt for management to take a walk around the building once a day and pick up the beer cans, bottles, etc... I was there from Friday to Monday and the same trash was there the whole time..

Stayed the night for a concert. Quiet, nice room, very comfortable.
Only issue they don't have a breakfast service. Not a big deal, just surprising.

We have stayed here before but it’s been a while since our last visit. This time it is just clear there is no upkeep in this hotel. Everything looks old. Starting with the room door, it’s supposed to be white but it just has lots of dirt marks, it’s the same for all of the other rooms. The AC in the room smells like it’s burning when ON. I don’t think we will be coming back.

Upon initial check-in, I was greeted with a "I need your ID" no "hello" "name please" anything polite. The room was okay but had a very strong smell of an unpleasant cleaning agent. There was something splattered/running down the wall by the kitchen area.
Besides those issues, the room was large, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was great since it was a hot weekend. I didn't hate it but likely wouldn't choose the candlewood again.

Stayed here two years ago and it was good. Place and service has deteriorated since. Won't stay here again.
