Two of my key amenities when searching for accommodations were breakfast and a pool. Both were advertised as amenities available however breakfast was not provided and the pool was closed for planned repairs. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and I got little sleep.
Only muffins and coffee were provided and the staff said breakfast was not provided on the weekends. How would I know that when it was not communicated. Also since the pool closure was planned that should have been communicated as well.
I paid my bill in full but I did not receive amenities specifically stated would be included.
I feel I’m due to partial refund for false advertisement.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff, room was spacious and location was centralized to freeways, shopping centers, and restaurants. Would stay again next time when traveling to the area.
