All was wonderful except the shower did not have hot water but cold ..
This was really not convenient or great !! Was refunded the 35 for parking so that was good . The room was really nice . The area right around hotel seemed a tad sketchy but not exactly unsafe . The parking underground seemed odd but what can u do in city? Didn’t get to see the pool and jacuzzi area but I’m sure it was nice and other amenities

Thermometer didn’t work in the room. Called front desk and they just said ok and they’d check on it. No one ever came to check on it. Air conditioning wouldn’t turn off and nights were chilly. Next day told them again at front desk and they said they’d send someone. Again no one came. Asked for extra blankets. Housekeeping actually did provide those.

The a/c is still out! A portable is in the room with a hose leading out the window. On the freeway side so a bit noisier, but that becomes background noise.

Upon booking they did not disclose that the ac is broken , felt like a trap , the staff at the front desk were unhelpful
We asked for a fan or change the room or something and they ignored us
It was a miserable stay
At the end they did discount the rate a little but just for the staff at the front desk , I would not go there again

We arrived at 3 and they told us the AC didn’t work and we could either have a portable AC unit or cancel the stay “free of charge” it was 93 degrees out We cancelled the stay and had to go to another hotel and have a very different room. They said they sent an email but made no effort to call!
