It was a pleasant stay as always. There was some wear and tear in the room though - TV and the sofa were damaged. The room was clean though and the area was quiet so we got a good-night’s sleep.

This place was amazing! The staff was so helpful and friendly and everyone knew my name. The housekeeping team went above and beyond! I can never stay anywhere else in LA after this. I have no idea what this place doesn’t cost at least three times as much. This is 5 star treatment at a state of the art, stunning facility. Love, love, love this hotel!

Plaza La Reina was such a lovely surprise! It felt like a little hidden gem of a boutique hotel. Loved the architecture and the charming vibe of the hotel and its hidden courtyard. A friend and I came to visit my sons for an overnight trip but we would love to return, it was that beautiful. The concierge was charming and thoughtful. My friend told her husband it was gorgeous and that they hoped to come back too!
