Was here for couple days due to Milton( hurricane). And I needed to put in extra day, Romeo was very nice and accompanied to help me. Room was comfortable,place is convenient to everything.

Extended Stay: no pot, no plates, no utensils, no ice maker in the fridge. This a Motel 6 that charges for a lousy room.

Needs to be cleaned

I checked in, and immediately complained that my bed was dirty and that it seemed like it had not been cleaned. I have pictures of the bed with dirt and grime and other things on it as well as the toilet paper roll looking to have been used upon arrival. After I brought my complaints forward to the front desk, I was told nothing could be done for me as that was all they had. I also complained that there was no water pressure from my sink, nor my shower making it near impossible to shower or use basic toiletries. When trying to check out, I waited 35 minutes before anyone showed up to the desk and assist me. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 0/10

Mattress was bad. The floor was dirty. The lights were hard to figure out how to turn on. No lights in bedroom. Sounds like they need a new General Manager to get the hotel under control.

Unbelievable the first room we were given on the second floor was totally roach infested. From the moment we opened the room door the roaches greeted us. They were all over the room including the beds. My husband said don't put any down. We quickly left the room and called for the front desk attendant and explained about the room. She the attendant said sorry about that and gave us the key to a room on the fourth floor. My husband went up and said the room was better. We went up and stayed. In the room there was no phone so everything we needed we had to go downstairs to the make shift front desk. I said make shift because it close at 10pm and you have to call from assistance using a lobby phone. We had not towels, no batteries in the TV remote etc... The room floor was extremely filthy and sticky. I was so concerned I had to wear socks on my feet and slept wholesale for fear of something clawing on me. I basically didn't sleep and kept the lights on all night. I have stayed at other Extend Stay properties and was very happy. But this one was truly a nightmare. I tried contacting the site several times to see if it was possible to change hotels but was unsuccessful. This property would never be recommended by me to anyone. In fact I told everyone about this roach hotel so they know don't ever book there. I am simply disappointed about my stay as the money I spent for this stay was ridiculous.

Sticky Floors, furniture broken, toilet doesnt flosh well.... dingy and not clean.

This place was smelly, roaches everywhere. Literally droppin ooff the walls. people sitting on the ground outside the building. Had to leave after 1 night, it was toolate to find somewhere else. Just diagusting.

The hotel was not clean, a roach was in the bathroom, the floors were sticky and a used bar of soap was in the bathroom.

I don’t recommend this place is dirty and full of cockroaches
